Once you subscribe, you can start submitting unlimited design requests using the tools your team already uses—Asana, email, Trello, Notion, whatever fits your flow. We plug right into your existing systems to keep things smooth and simple. Turnaround times are fast—and revisions are always included.
How Much Does It Cost?

You tell us. We believe in fair pricing and faithful partnership.

Here's some great news, you can offer whatever pay rate that you want to offer! Our team will prayerfully consider the opportunity that is presented, and if it makes sense for everybody, then it's a go! There is no additional cost to you outside of whatever pay rate that you offer.

How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just a few days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
How does onboarding work?

Reach out with a monthly rate that works for your budget. We prayerfully consider each partnership and only take on clients we can truly serve well.

We will schedule an onboarding call to discuss your specific needs and existing workflow with your team so we can get you up and running.

Submit design requests using the tools your team already uses—Asana, Trello, email, Notion, or whatever fits your flow. We work within your systems for a seamless experience.

If you don't already have an in-house process we will add you to your very own Trello board and provide instructions.

Who are the designers?

Agency Awesome Design Subscriptions are facilitated exclusively by our founder, Ryan. Agency Awesome does not employ or outsource to any other designers. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience!

Our team handles many of the other services we offer but our design subscriptions are exclusively handled by our founder with over 20 years experience.

Is there a limit to how may requests I can make?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests as you'd like. This subscrption works just as though it would with an in-house designer on your team.
How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are treated the same as smaller requests although the delivery time may vary a bit. This can be discussed with Ryan during the onboarding call or at any point during the subscription.

Typically a few days to a week is all that is needed for most projects. Some large scale print projects can take a bit longer but nothing outrageous. You can expect similar or faster turnaround times that you are used to with your previous in-house team members.

What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed in Adobe. (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
How will I request designs?

Agency Awesome offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs. We will integrate seamlessly into your existing workflows/project management tools.

If you don't have one, we will create a workflow using Trello and make requests super easy!

What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you don't support?

Yes, our Graphic Design Subscription does not cover animated graphics, motion graphics or any other video related items. This is strictly graphic design.

Social media graphics, logos, sermon series artwork, print material, ect.)

Is there a time commitment or contract?
There’s no long-term contract, but after the first 30 days, we ask for a 60-day notice if you decide to cancel. This helps us manage our client roster, since we only take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure quality and focus.
