You’ll also complete an onboarding form to share all the key details we need to kick off your project.

Strategy & Discovery

Before we jump into design, we take time to understand your brand’s heart, goals, and audience through a strategy session. Then, we’ll conduct additional research to ensure we’re building a site that aligns with your mission and connects with the right people.

Design & Refine

Using everything we’ve learned, we’ll create a strategic, beautiful design aimed at helping you grow. You’ll have the chance to review and request revisions to make sure everything feels just right before we move into final production.

Launch Prep & Training

Once your site is ready, we’ll hop on a recorded training call to walk you through how to use and manage it. You’ll leave with access to the training video and everything you need to confidently launch and maintain your new website.

Ongoing Support

What are the ongoing costs?

There are no required ongoing costs after your website launches — once the project is complete, the site is fully yours.

However, we do offer optional ongoing support packages, including SEO services, website hosting, and an all-inclusive website maintenance subscription.

The all-inclusive service gives you access to a fractional web designer for ongoing updates, design tweaks, optimizations, and any other changes you may need, allowing you to keep your site fresh and fully functional without having to manage it yourself.
